We have disclosed as much information as possible about this vehicle and aim to carry only quality pre-owned vehicles. Luxury Motor Group recommends vehicle be inspected BEFORE leaving our facility. Buyer is responsible for ALL fees and charges for inspections made at buyer's discretion. If upon personal and/or authorized professional inspection of the eBay purchased vehicle at our facility, buyer finds a substantial discrepancy between the published report and actual vehicle, we will either correct the problem at no charge, work out a compromise, or refund all monies paid. Buyer will not be responsible for any fees and will be dismissed from any contractual obligation with Luxury Motor Group to purchase the vehicle; only if inspection proves vastly different from published ad. We do not always have titles on hand for vehicles that are placed for sale; titles may be in transit from banks, from other dealerships, from the state, and a host of other reasons for normal processing delays in title paperwork. We are a licensed, bonded and insured automotive dealer in Florida and guarantee clear titles on all vehicles that we sell. All vehicles are delivered meticulously detailed (inside and out) and with a full tank of premium gas.
Returns are permitted in the event that the vehicle is shipped and you are dissastisfied. However, a 10% restocking fee applies and the return must take place within 7 days from receipt and the vehicle must have less than a 200 mile difference upon return. Return shipping fees are the obligation of the buyer.

Accepted Forms of Payment
Luxury Motor Group accepts cashier's checks, certified funds, or verified drafts from known/approved financial institutions. We also accept payment from online lenders Capital One Auto Finance and E-Loan Finance.
Florida buyers must pay applicable sales tax. Out-of-state buyers are responsible for their taxes, registration, etc. in their own states.
