Dallas Motorsports presents this 1974 Porsche RSR Tribute!
This RSR tribute started its life as a 1969 911S, it was stiped to bare metal and extensively reworked to RSR spec’s. No expense was spared to build this stunning car, a bullet proof 3.2 liter Carrera engine was used featuring Carrillo rods, steel cylinder sleeves, twin plug heads, and high compression pistons. With longevity in mind, the engine was mated with a short bell housing 930 transaxle with updated gearing for the track. This RSR has been active in both SCCA and CVAR (a vintage racing group). The engine and transaxle have been recently rebuilt. This is not your typical race car; it has been meticulous cared for and could easily be mistaken as a show car instead of an active race car. With all its custom fabricated parts, this tribute car is truly one of kind. This car is mechanically fresh, sorted, and ready for the track.
