Our camera lens has a small smudge inside the camera that needs to be cleaned, it shows a small cloudy blemish on every image. It IS NOT a flaw on the car. Vintage trucks are all whats in style right now! 1966 was the last year for the Fleetside pickups introduced in 1960, which offered lower rooflines and a swept-back cab that offered industry-leading space and comfort, and we wouldnt see such ornate trucks ever again.
Bright Clean White paint over Red/White interior is stunning! to the smooth-running 283 under the hood, this cool pickup restored original. The Fleetside offered dramatic styling with lots of swoops and curves, as well as brilliant use of trim, and all of it remains 100% intact on this example. this truck will be right at home both at local shows, beach, local lumber yard or on a cruise night!. Refinished bed that isnt over-restored but rather just about how the factory would have done it.
The original bench was recovered in Red and white, tying in perfectly with the exterior. The original gauges look in good condition.
The 283 cubic inch V8 was rebuilt and detailed before being nestled back between the front fenders, she runs beautifully with that smoothness that only 60s engines seem to demonstrate and theres plenty of torque at just about any speed. The Turbo 350 Transmission shift properly and make it a freeway cruiser. The chassis and undercarriage has also been detailed out..
