My name is Scott Fischer, Owner/Founder of Fisch-Bone Motors.com. I’d like to start by letting you all know that we are not a typical “used car lot”!  We advertise and sell all of our hand-picked luxury cars, trucks and SUVs through multiple avenues on the internet to a nationwide market…and in some cases Internationally! All of our luxury vehicles that we offer to the public are priced extremely low.  We offer our clients complete transparency when it comes to selling, buying (trade-ins) financing as we realize the importance of being up front, honest and fair to each and every person we deal with. We sell vehicles to both dealers and the public; we finance vehicles, take trade-ins and have the ability to locate specific vehicles for those who know what they want, but simply don't have the time or desire to take on the "hunting" process alone! 

 

When we started this company we knew exactly what our main focus would be built around. While so simple, and having such a positive impact, yet unusually hard to find these days in any industry, QUALITY MERCHANDISE & CUSTOMER SERVICE! Having owned an Internet driven auto dealership 2003, I’ve learned a significant amount as far as doing the right things and wrong things through trial & error, and of course experience dealing with just about every type of personality out there. It's not common logic (so one would think), but so many dealerships lose focus on what the business is really about. It’s amazing how few people provide customer service at dealerships today. Some people talk about their honesty, integrity, communication, etc… But, at the end of the day, does it really matter if it's not demonstrated? We truly care and listen! Until a friend refers us, or you give us a chance, they are just words. We aren’t trying anything that hasn’t been done or attempted before; we’re just putting all the good things together for each individual client. We are doing what people in general fail to do…which is, what they say they will! “Show me, don’t tell me”, is how a motto in which I live my life, and our operation is built around it...making it an integral part of our business model.

HOWEVER, one of our most valuable services we offer is helping those who need a vehicle, but are fearful of being taken advantage of, or pressured into an impulse decision.


     


  
DISCLAIMER:

In order for us to pull a vehicle off the market (all avenues in which we advertise) we accept a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $500. Since credit and/or debit card payments can be disputed and reversed, ACCEPTABLE forms of payment are Wire, Cashiers Check, Cash or Money Order. When we accept a $500 deposit (we immediately pull a vehicle from the market, and typically show it as PENDING on our website. If you, the buyer/potential future owner of one of our vehicles gives us a deposit that is a commitment and agreement that you will in fact purchase the vehicle at hand. If for ANY reason you do not complete the transaction within the required time frame stated in our ad under terms and conditions (unless otherwise given written authorization by a Dealer Principal of Fisch-Bone Enterprises LLC) you forfeit the $500 at which point we reserve the right to relist, remarket and/or sell the vehicle elsewhere. Since, when giving or submitting a $500 deposit on a vehicle you herby are entering into a legal binding agreement to purchase the vehicle in which the deposit denotes you automatically forfeit the amount of the deposit ($500 in most cases, but can be up to $3000) whether or not you chose to read this portion of our TERMS & CONDITIONS. All credit card transactions will be subject to a 3% surcharge.

Please Note: Our listing software provider allows the VIN to decode the ORIGINAL FACTORY EQUIPMENT that this vehicle had when it rolled off the factory line. There may/may not be additional dealer equipment that was added by the original selling dealer that will not be listed in this section. There may/may not also have items listed as original factory equipment that are no longer with the vehicle we are currently selling. For example: 2 sets of keys, keyless entry remotes, owner’s manual, factory floor mats, Navigation discs, first aid kits, factory tires/size/load rating, spare tires/factory tools and/or jacks, etc. Please refer to the photos we have taken or ask us your specific concern to be certain there is no confusion. We will not be responsible for any discrepancies between the Original Factory Equipment section and what is presented in the photos or description. Please do not assume and allow us to put our answers to your specific concerns in writing. Human error is possible and we reserve the right to reverse any sale based on pricing/listing error which can occur at any time without notice. All inventory is listed for sale locally, therefore all are subject to sale at any time and may not be available. Everyone is encouraged to call with questions or concerns.

At our dealership we work very hard to accurately describe our vehicles through text descriptions and elaborate photos. We have a very strict process for vehicles selected to retail to our customers. We hand select each vehicle we choose to advertise online to the general public. The vehicle shown is ALWAYS the vehicle being sold. Please look over the photos carefully as they are part of the description. When you purchase any pre-owned vehicle please remember it is NOT new. Any pre-owned vehicle can/will have normal wear, which may include, but not limited to, rock chips, scratches, scuffs, and minor interior wear, our policy is to disclose anything beyond that and we encourage pre-purchase inspections. When fresh inventory arrives, we do our best to inspect all power options, DVD systems, audio equipment, NAV systems, etc., however Fisch-Bone Motors will not be held liable or responsible for any of these items. Vehicles may or may not have spare tires. We are willing to check for and disclose to you any paint work found on any vehicle, but keep in mind – this is an imperfect science. Please bear in mind that previous owners may choose to alter factory equipment including but not limited to emissions and/or exhaust to enhance performance or fuel economy. We sometimes acquire vehicles that have these performance enhancing equipment already installed. This equipment may alter original emissions equipment or void factory warranties. We do not test or alter this equipment. If this is a concern of yours, please exercise your right to have a pre-purchase inspection prior to leaving your deposit/purchasing a vehicle. Our sales staff is available to assist in answering any specific cosmetic questions and will gladly walk around a vehicle to give you a more accurate description BEFORE a deposit is left. Ultimately, it is up to the potential buyer to do their due diligence. Fisch-Bone Motors does not want to hide anything and we encourage everyone to have a pre-buyer’s inspection done before purchase.
