This car was returned to BMW for a non-conformity with the warranty (chassis stabilization light). BMW graciously repurchased the car from the owner and corrected the issues on the car. BMW simply reprogrammed all control units on the car to correct the concern. BMW will very commonly repurchase cars to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Most importantly, the BMW warranty remains on this until 03/19/2017, or 50k miles.
